1. Introduction

Welcome to TRí Charger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRí Charger website, mobile application, and charging station services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must provide us with accurate information, including your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm TRí Charger, its service providers, or any other person.
• Misuse of the charging stations, including vandalism or unauthorized modifications, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

3. Payments and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you. We may change our pricing for the Services at any time. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to their terms and conditions. Charging sessions are billed based on the rate displayed at the charging station or in the mobile app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through any TRí Charger Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of TRí Charger or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any TRí Charger Service is the exclusive property of TRí Charger.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRí Charger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
